Nokia Lumia 1520 will be powered by Snapdragon 800 processor, photo leaks

Currently all phablet that dominate the markets are all Android-powered device, but it seems that this situation will no longer be the same. Nokia, which is Windows Phone 8 device currently is working on a 6" phablet - Lumia 1520, the phablet is said to be launched on 22nd of October Nokia event.

So, before the official announcement of Lumia 1520, you can expect that it will make several appearance on web. The Lumia 1520 live photo has leaked once again on the web.


The photo above did not revealed much details, it is quite same as the previous leaks. For the specs wise, the Lumia 1520 will be having a 6" 1080p display, 20 MP PureView camera with Carl Zeiss lens, 32 GB expandable storage, 2 GB of RAM and also a Snapdragon 800 quad-core CPU.


Back to the processor, Qualcomm has just confirmed that the upcoming Lumia 1520 will be powered by Snapdragon 800 chipset on its official Twitter account.


From the screenshot above, you can see that Qualcomm Snapdragon official account had replied to the person that he is correct and they are proud to be a part of the Lumia 1520.

The Nokia event will be held at Abu Dhabi, Dubai on 22th of October. Meanwhile, American mobile carrier AT&T is said to be launched it on November.

Note that actually it is because the Windows Phone 8.1 (GDR3) brings the update, but Nokia manages to keep its product update, so it launch the first Windows Phone device with Full HD display and quad-core processor. Nokia is a very competitive company with Windows Phone OS.
