Huawei is preparing update Ascend D1, Ascend P1 and Honor 2 to Android 4.2 Jelly Bean

Huawei doesn't forget about their older devices, currently their planning to update the older devices like Ascend D1, Ascend P1 and Honor 2.

Earlier, Huawei CEO Rechard Yu has confirmed that the Huawei Ascend D1, Ascend P1 and Honor 2 will be getting Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with Emotion UI 1.6. Currently, Malaysia has only Ascend D1 and Ascend P1 and both devices haven't receive any update even Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update.

There's no information about other Huawei devices that will receive the update. However, Yu said that more devices will be getting the update soon other than these 3 devices.

Huawei is preparing on 2 new devices - Ascend P6 and Honor 3. Besides this, Huawei is also holding a press event for the launching of Ascend Mate in Malaysia at 30th May 2013. Do stay tuned for more news.
