Zopo Mobile officially enters Malaysian market with ZP700, ZP780, ZP1000 and ZP998

Zopo Mobile today has officially brought four devices to Malaysian market as the sign of entering Malaysian market. Just as we posted a couple days ago, the first four devices that available in Malaysia now are the ZP700, ZP780, ZP1000 and ZP998.

Zopo ZP700
The Zopo ZP700 is the most affordable model among the four devices. It has a 4.7" qHD (540 x 960 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MTK6582 processor with 1 GB of RAM.

With RM 498 price tag, the ZP700 comes with 8 MP camera with LED flash and 5 MP front camera. The device has 4 GB internal storage and is expandable via microSD card. Juicing up the device is a 1,750 mAh battery.

Zopo ZP780
The ZP780 has the same MediaTek MTK6582 processor, 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB expandable storage, which is similar to the ZP700.

At higher RM 598 price tag, the ZP780 has larger 5" display with same qHD resolution, but its camera has upgraded to 8 MP resolution, and 5 MP for the front. The device packs 1,800 mAh battery and is running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat. Not to forget that it has only 8.25 mm thin body.

Zopo ZP1000
The ZP1000 comes with 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek MTK6592 processor with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB internal storage.

The ZP1000 has a 5" TFT display with 720p HD resolution, 14 MP camera, 5 MP front camera and 2,100 mAh battery, and it is priced at RM 998. The ZP1000 body is just at 7.2 mm thin and is made out of one-piece metal fuselage.

Zopo ZP998
Here comes the main highlight of today's event. The Zopo ZP998 is almost same as the ZP1000 but it has additional 2 GB of RAM and larger 5.5" Full HD display.

The ZP998 is powered by the same 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek MTK6592 processor and 16 GB internal storage. Juicing up the device is a 2,400 mAh battery, which is larger than the ZP1000. The device comes with dual microphone noise deduction and dual Yamaha audio efficacy, which provides good audio experience. As the ZP998 packs the highest specs among the four devices, the pricing will also go up, but it is only priced at slightly higher price at RM 1,098. Color options are black and white.

Zopo has also claimed that the ZP998 is the first octa-core micro-SLR phone, which provides amazing camera quality. You can even navigate the screen even if your fingers are wet. Furthermore, the ZP998 also comes with a few nice features such as smart wake, which you can perform gesture to enter the particular app when your device in on standby.
