Apple iPhone 6 Hands-on

Apple has announced the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus last month and both devices are now available in a few countries including United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and more. Thankfully, we manage to hands-on the iPhone 6 though it's not available in Malaysia yet.

The new break through of the iPhone 6 is the size, the iPhone 6 is larger than its predecessor, there's also a larger iPhone 6 Plus too. The device has more rounded edges and the metal body feels great.

The back of the device is a piece of metal that has a solid feel. The Apple logo is smaller than previous iPhones and the camera lens is bumped up.

The body is slim, and the power button has moved to the right side, which is easier to reach compared to its predecessor.

Software wise, the iPhone 6 is running on latest iOS 8. iOS 8 is basically almost same as iOS 7 but with some additional features. The interface is smooth and just as we said, you keep it simple, you keep it fast. However there are bugs on its keyboard, the keyboard responses slowly and it appears lagging. Thankfully, you can download third party keyboards with iOS 8. The camera has some improvements too thanks to the new camera module. Sadly, we do not have much time with it so we can't test out much on its camera.

The Apple iPhone 6 is expected to arrive Malaysia by this month and probably price from RM 2,399. Forget about the #bendgate, it's actually a flagship device from Apple that hardly beaten by other flagship devices.
