Lenovo officially announces Yoga Tablet 2 13.3'' Version

Lenovo has announced the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro at a global launch event yesterday. The tablet is running on Android 4.4 KitKat and packs a 13.3'' QHD display. If you thought that was awesome, you haven't seen anything yet. The Yoga Tablet 2 comes with an integrated projector, which allows you to have the slate's display be on a display as big as 50''.

Furthermore, the Tablet 2 Pro comes packed with a 5W JBL subwoofer  and two 1.5W front-facing speakers. This all brings up to an 8W surround sound system, which should be quite good indeed. The slate's battery life is nothing to scoff at as it is able to go up to 15 hours on a single charge. All of these cool features have made the tablet relatively heavy at 950 grams.

Just like the regular versions, the Tablet 2 Pro comes with a cool stand to be able to be viewed in various positions including the new Hang mode - which allows you to hang the tablet on the wall, to go alongside the old Stand, Tilt and Hold.

What exactly is powering this beast you ask? Well it's powered by a quad-core Intel Z3745 processor and 2 GB of RAM. It has an internal storage of 16 GB and supports microSD card expansion of up to 64 GB.

In terms of connectivity, the Yoga Tablet 2 pro supports USB-on-the-go, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n but not 802.11ac, Bluetooth and LTE. At the back of the tablet, there's a 8 MP f/2.2 camera with LED flash, while at the front a 1.6 MP 720p handles video chatting.
