Meizu M1 Note goes official with multi-color choices

Meizu had officially unveiled a brand new device with affordable price tag looking to take down Xiaomi. The M1 Note, is a 5.5" device with 1080p resolution and IGZO display technology by Sharp.

Build for new generation, the M1 Note comes with multiple color choices - pink, yellow, green, blue and white. It does look like the iPhone 5c, which also comes with multiple colors.

The device is powered by MediaTek latest 64-bit octa-core processor with 2 GB of RAM, the MT6752 chipset comes with Mali-T760 GPU. Just like the MX4, it supports dual SIM slots with LTE connectivity too.

The 13 MP camera at the back is zero shutter lag. It is using Samsung sensor though, and comes with 5-element lens with f/2.2 aperture. There's a 5 MP OVS670 front-facing camera too with FotoNation smart selfie enhancement and Face AE light boost technology.

Meizu claims that the 3,140 mAh Sony/ATL battery is able to last for 12 hours 4G web surfing, 15 hours video playback, 40 hours 2G call time and 60 hours high quality music playback.

The M1 Note is running on Flyme OS 4.0 based on Android 4.4 KitKat. Well earlier this month during the event organized by Meizu Malaysia, the company has stated that planning to launch 2 mid-range smartphones in late December and January. Guess we could see the M1 Note before February 2015.
