The OnePlus One is said to be available by end of 2014, however thing doesn't go as planned. And now, we finally get to know more about the 2014 flagship killer. It seems that Brightstar Malaysia will be the official distributor of OnePlus.
The best solution to bring in the device as soon as possible is to appoint a local partner. Unlike other countries, OnePlus has chose Brightstar as the official distributor instead of Lazada as the One had just certified under SIRIM.
With Brightstar as their official distributor, the One could be widely available nationwide instead of exclusively available online. Unfortunately, there's no details on its pricing and availability. OnePlus previously has stated that the pricing will stick close to US Dollar, which should be around RM 1,199 for 16 GB and RM 1,299 for 64 GB version.
It's a good news to know that OnePlus is taking action to bring the One to Malaysia. Meanwhile, OnePlus is developing new software, called Oxygen OS. We should be able to know more in coming weeks.
