The Sony Xperia J is now receiving Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update. This is the Sony latest handset to get the system update after the Xperia V and also 2 devices that not available in Malaysia - Xperia T and TL. Currently the Jelly Bean update already hits the Xperia V in Malaysia, it does improved a lot from user interface.
The Xperia J Jelly Bean update are now available in other country but I believe it will be available soon in Malaysia at 2 weeks time. Normally Jelly Bean can be updated by over-the-air or using PC Companion.
It's nice to see Sony working Jelly Bean update faster than HTC, but let us not forget that the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update are not available yet in any Sony's smartphone. The firmware update bears the 11.2.A.0.21 build number and updates the baseband as well.
So, the Xperia J is receiving the update, what will be next? Possible to be the Xperia TX, there's still many of Sony's smartphone that will receive the update including Xperia TX, ion, SL, S, P, Acro S and go.
