The Galaxy S4 mini has a 4.3" qHD Super AMOLED display. It is powered by 1.7 GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 CPU, Adreno 305 GPU and 1.5 GB of RAM. The phone has 8 GB internal memory with microSD card slot.
The Galaxy S4 mini has a 8 MP camera with Sound & Shot and Panorama modes, there's also a 1.9 MP front camera too. It also features Group Play and S Health. However, some of features that Galaxy S4 have will not available in Galaxy S4 mini.
The Galaxy S4 mini comes with 2 variants which is 3G and LTE versions. It will available in 2 colours, White Frost and Black Mist. It is running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with TouchWiz Nature UX.
Unfortunately, there's no any information about the availability and pricing of it but the Galaxy S4 mini will showcase at 20th June in London.
