Sony teased the Xperia Z Ultra with image

It seems that Sony is working on a phablet, the Xperia Z Ultra which codenamed Togari is seems to be announce next month, 4th July. Today, Sony teased its upcoming phablet in a press invite.

As you can see in the image above, the press invite reveals one side of the device's sides, you see that it is a slim device. From the design, the upcoming phablet comes with the same design language as Xperia Z.
Rumored specs of the Xperia Z Ultra include a 6.44" 1080p display, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset which clocked at 2.2 GHz, Adreno 330 GPU, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB internal storage with microSD card slot and an 8 MP camera with 2.2 MP front-facing shooter.

The phablet is reportedly to runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with update Sony UI. Just like the Xperia Z, the Xperia Z Ultra is rumored to be water resistant. The phablet is expected comes with a stylus input.

We're not sure whether it will be water resistant device as the headphone jack of it is open without any cover. Everything will be clear on 4th July, be sure to stay tuned our blog for more coverage for it.
