After a long wait, the Xperia Tablet Z finally available in Malaysia. The Xperia Tablet Z is Sony latest flagship tablet which used to compete with Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, Apple iPad with Retina Display and Google Nexus 10.

The Xperia Tablet Z is priced at RM 1,499 (16 GB Wi-Fi) and RM 1,999 (16 GB LTE). The Xperia Tablet Z is a water resistant tablet, it has a 10.1" display with 1920 x 1200 resolution and also Mobile Bravia Engine 2.


The tablet is powered by 1.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU, Adreno 320 GPU and 2 GB of RAM. Thankfully, the Xperia Tablet Z has an 8 MP camera at the back which is hardly find in now a day tablet. It offers a 6,000 mAh battery for about 7 hours use time.

The Xperia Tablet Z is just 6.9 mm slim and weighs 495 g. It is able to submerged under water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Thanks for IP55/IP57 certification for water and dust resistant. The Xperia Tablet Z is the thinnest, lightest and the only 10" tablet with water resistant.

I think it's definitely one of the best looking tablets,it's the lightest, slimmest and water resistant tablet ever.
