LG Optimus G Pro, HTC Desire 600 and Desire 200 is heading to Malaysia

More and more smartphone is coming soon to Malaysia, it seems like the Samsung Galaxy Note II will no longer be the only 5.5" phablet in Malaysia. The competitor of Galaxy Note II - LG Optimus G Pro is heading to Malaysia. We're not surprise as LG has hosted an event in Macau in end of May, it has announced the Asian variant of Optimus G Pro which will available in other Asia country soon. Besides LG, another entry level and mid-range devices from HTC are coming soon to Malaysia too - Desire 200 and Desire 600.




The Optimus G Pro has a 5.5" True Full HD IPS Plus LCD display at 401 ppi of pixel density. It is powered by 1.7 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 CPU, Adreno 320 GPU and 2 GB of RAM. The phablet has 16 GB internal storage with microSD card slot. It has a 13 MP camera at the back which is capable for 1080p video recording. The Optimus G Pro has 3,140 mAh battery and runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Another good news is it is compatible with our local LTE connectivity. Hopefully Malaysia carrier will offer 4G LTE data plan for it.



The Desire 600 is a competitor of Sony Xperia C, it is a dual-SIM capable mid-ranger. The Desire 600 is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 CPU with 1 GB of RAM. The smartphone has a 4.5" Super LCD 2 qHD (540 x 960 pixels) display. Other specs includes 8 MP rear camera, 1.6 MP front camera, 1,860 mAh battery and runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean with Sense 5 UI. We expected it will priced at RM 1,299.

The Desire 200 is the latest HTC entry level device, it has a 3.5" display, 1 GHz Snapdragon S1 CPU with 512 MB RAM,  4 GB internal storage with microSD card slot and has a 5 MP camera at the back.
