Sony Xperia Honami mini appears beside BlackBerry Q10

We've got to know Xperia Z1 (Honami) these few weeks but what about the rumored Honami mini? A post from a newly registered XDA-Developers user Xleaky shows a compact Sony phone next to a BlackBerry Q10.

The post reads: “You didn't see this from me... but 4th of Sep is gonna be exciting! Thats all I'm saying!"

The BlackBerry Q10 measures 119.6 x 66.8 mm and the Honami mini in the picture is visibly smaller. User vivftp calculated the dimensions of the Honami mini using the Q10 as reference and ended up with 109.2 x 57.9 mm.

That's even smaller than the Xperia Ray with 3.3" display, so the rumored 4.3" display for Honami mini will be hard to fit.

Honami mini's rumored specs include 720p resolution display, same Snapdragon 800 chipset and 20.7 MP camera as the big Xperia Z1 (Honami) with a 2,400 mAh battery.

We're not surprise that Sony will launched a mini version of its upcoming flagship as Samsung and HTC already did it. Rumor says that Honami mini will debut alongside with Xperia Z1 (Honami). If it is true the Honami mini may just named as Xperia Z1 mini. Stay tuned.
