The Xperia Z Ultra was recently available in Malaysia in August but it is HSPA+ variant. Also, you'll note that the HSPA+ Xperia Z Ultra only available in black and white colours in Malaysia. The LTE variant will comes with black, white and purple colours.
No specs changes between the Xperia Z Ultra LTE variant and the HSPA+ variant, except the LTE connectivity. Which means that the Xperia Z Ultra LTE will still packing a 2.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU, Adreno 330 GPU, 2 GB of RAM, 8 MP camera, 1080p video recording, 16 GB expandable memory, 3,050 mAh battery and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with latest Xperia UI on top.
Unfortunately, no word on the launch date and pricing of the LTE variant of Xperia Z Ultra. We believed that it will be priced at RM 2,299 and will launch alongside with Xperia Z1.
