2 new iPads launch from Apple

Apple has just release 2 new iPads units on 22 OCT 2013, the iPad Air and the iPad mini with retina display.

The iPad Air is the successor of the previous generation iPad with retina display. It has a much thinner and lighter body than its predecessor. It's just 7.5 millimetres thin (20% thinner) and weighs just one pound (28% lighter). The stunning Retina display sits inside thinner bezels, so all you see is your content. And an incredible amount of power lie inside the sleek enclosure. So you can do so much more, with much less. Apple remain the typical 9.7" screen since the birth of the original iPad.

iPad Air

The colour option comes with Space Grey and Silver. It starting at $499 for the 16GB WiFi configuration and $629 for the 16GB WiFi+Cellular.

iPad mini with retina display

The iPad mini with retina display has the same design with the original iPad mini but totally different at the inside. It has the same retina display as the iPad Air. The specification of the iPad mini with retina display is almost identical to the iPad Air. It just come with a smaller 7.9" screen that can be made more accessible to many people who does not want a full size tablet. The price of the baseline model will start from $399 for 16GB WiFi and $529 for 16GB WiFi+Cellular.
