Apple iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C confirmed will arrive in Malaysia on 1st of November

Apple had announced the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C last month. It is now available in US, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore and the UK. Although Malaysia not in the first batch list, but it's great to know that the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C will arrive in Malaysia soon, and it is 1st of November.



The Apple iPhone 5S is Apple's latest flagship device while the iPhone 5C is a iPhone 5 with plastic body and lower price tag. For specs recap, the iPhone 5S is powered by Apple A7 chipset with 1.3 GHz dual-core CPU and 1 GB of RAM. The iPhone 5C is powered by Apple A6 chipset similar to the iPhone 5 and with 1 GB of RAM too.


Both devices have 4" Retina display and 8 MP camera, but the iPhone 5S has bigger f/2.2 aperture while the iPhone 5C has only f/2.4 aperture. Both devices will boot iOS 7 out of the box and you can enjoy all the iOS 7 features on both devices. The iPhone 5S features fingerprint scanner which called Touch ID and its camera can record slow-motion videos.

Unfortunately, no word on pricing of both devices. We expected the iPhone 5S will price at RM 2,199 (16 GB) and iPhone 5C at RM 1,799 (16 GB). Stay tuned.

Update: Apple Malaysia has listed iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C will available from 31th of October.
