According to them, the Xperia Tablet Z2 will be powered by 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 SoC with 3 GB of RAM. It will have the same 10.1" display with 1920 x 1200 px but Sony will offer Triluminos tech on its display.
The Xperia Tablet Z2 will have 16 GB internal storage with microSD card slot. Just like its predecessor, the tablet will have 8 MP camera and also 2 MP front camera.
Sony's high-end devices usually will be waterproofing, the Xperia Tablet Z2 is also included. The Xperia Tablet Z was measured at 6.9 mm slim, while the Xperia Tablet Z2 will measure at 6.4 mm, which is even slimmer than the Xperia Z Ultra. It will be the slimmest tablet in its class.
The tablet will boot in Android 4.4 KitKat with the latest Xperia UI. There's no word on launch date but possibly debut at MWC 2014 alongside with the Xperia Sirius a.k.a Xperia Z2 and the Xperia G.
