As you can see Maxis has posted a teaser with the quote "The Wait Is Over, Anticipate The Arrival". It seems that the Galaxy S5 launching date in Malaysia is really close. Unfortunately, the teaser doesn't provide any details at all about the device, which means the launching date and pricing are still unknown.
The Galaxy S5 has a 5.1" Full HD Super AMOLED display and it is powered by 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with 2 GB of RAM. The device has a 16 MP camera on its back and it is capable to record UHD videos.
Meanwhile the device also features IP67 rating for dust and water resistance certification and it has fingerprint scanner as well as a heart rate sensor.
The device runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Magazine UX out of the box. It is going to be available in at least 3 telcos - Maxis, Digi and Celcom, but expected more to come.
