OnePlus One now available in Malaysia through grey import

The OnePlus One was announced two months ago and there's no word on its availability in Malaysia at the moment. Good news, online retailer DirectD is now offering the OnePlus One with limited stock. Bad news, it is grey import device, plus demo set.


For your information, The OnePlus One is yet another device running on CyanogenMod other than Oppo, it runs on CyanogenMod 11S, which is based on Android 4.4 KitKat.

Specs wise, the OnePlus One has a 5.5" Full HD JDI display at 401 ppi of pixel density. In terms of processing power, the device uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (8974AC) SoC with a 2.5 GHz quad-core CPU and 3 GB of RAM.

It packs a 13 MP Sony IMX214 Sensor with 6 Lenses and f/2.0 Aperture, as well as supports 4K video recording.

Juicing up the device is a 3,100 mAh and it is non-removable. The back cover of the One is removable and you can exchange the StyleSwap covers with different material.

Pricing wise, DirectD has offered RM 1,299 for 16 GB version, which is much higher than Taiwanese pricing (NTD $9,999, RM 999). To purchase the OnePlus One, head over the source link.
