Sony announces Xperia T3 with 5.3" display

Sony has just added yet another phablet to its Xperia lineup - Sony Xperia T3. The Xperia T3 is the first mid-range device from Sony running on Android 4.4 KitKat.

  

The Xperia T3 has a 5.3" Triluminos display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution. The device is powered by 1.4 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1 GB of RAM. Despite it has a 5.3" display, but the phablet measures 150.7 x 77 x 7 mm and weighs 148 g.

Connectivity wise, the Xperia T3 comes with NFC, Wi-Fi Miracast, Bluetooth 4.0 and 4G LTE. It has 8 GB internal storage with microSD card slot.

  

The device has an 8 MP shooter capable for 1080p video recordings. There's a 1.1 MP front-facing shooter too.

Juicing up the device is a 2,500 mAh battery with 688 hours standby time and 12 hours 46 minutes talk time rated.

 

The Sony Xperia T3 comes with black, white and purple colour options. Unfortunately, no word on when will device enter Malaysian market.
