Today is Xiaomi Redmi 1S last sale

Xiaomi Redmi 1S was selling like hot cakes since it has entered Malaysian market. However, it seems that the Redmi 1S will no longer available on Xiaomi Malaysia official website. The company has announced that today (21st October) is the last sale for the Redmi 1S.

Why last sale? Well it's probably because of something new is heading to Malaysian market. The Redmi Note 4G is likely to be heading Malaysia soon as there's a 4G Xiaomi device appears on SIRIM database previously. There's a probability of Redmi 1S 4G too but it only supports TDD-LTE that's being used in China and India, so it's mostly that the Redmi Note 4G will arrive Malaysia soon as the Redmi Note 4G supports FDD-LTE, which is compatible to our local 4G LTE standards.

The Xiaomi Redmi 1S will be available on Xiaomi Malaysia official website later at 12 PM with the pricing of RM 419. There will be 5,000 units ready for order and each of them comes with free bundle accessories.
