Asus EeeBook X205 is the cheapest notebook you can get in Malaysia

Besides the ZenFone C and Fonepad 7 (FE175CG), Asus today has showcased the EeeBook X205. The EeeBook X205 is an affordable and compact 11.6" laptop you can get in Malaysia.

The X205 has a 11.6" display with the resolution of 1,366 x 768 and is powered by quad-core Intel Z3735 processor clocked at 1.33 GHz. It has a 2 GB DDR3L 1,333 MHz SDRAM and 32/64 GB internal storage that can be expandable via Micro SD card up to 64 GB.

The X205 comes with slightly larger touchpad compared to the rest of 11.6" laptop. It runs on Windows 8.1 with Bing and comes with 1 year subscription of Microsoft Office 365 included. Asus has offered 500 GB Asus web storage and 1 TB Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage for 2 years.

 

The Asus EeeBook X205 measures at 17.5 mm and weighs 980 g only. It features dual stereo speakers with SonicMaster technology. The 38 Whrs battery is capable up to 12 hours web browsing. It will be available in Malaysia by early March for RM 699 (32 GB) and RM 799 (64 GB) with white, gold and dark blue color options.
