Looks like Sony is working on a new entry level smartphone - Sony Xperia C190X. The Sony Xperia C190X appeared on
Picasa Web. However, the image's EXIF data doesn't give much details but the firmware version number is 15.1A.1.0.
Expected the model number (C190X) will be sit between Xperia E (C150X) and Xperia L (C210X). It doesn't surprise that new Sony model is coming out as Sony have released a lot of phone last year.
