According to Neowin, HTC is indeed working on a new Windows Phone 8 device that will be similar, although not identical to the One. It will feature 4" to 5" display, Beats Audio, UltraPixel camera and mostly will be full metal body.
Reportedly, the upcoming device will be announced in the fall and it will running on Windows Phone 8 GDR3 at launch. HTC has recently announced two Windows Phone 8 device - 8X and 8S.
It seems that HTC is also fighting for Windows Phone market, which compete to Nokia Lumia series and Samsung Ativ series. It will be interesting if it goes official.
