The One mini is powered by a 1.4 GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 CPU with 1 GB of RAM. Sadly, it has a 16 GB internal storage without microSD card slot. It has the same 4 MP UltraPixel camera that found on the HTC One. Unfortunately, the One mini won't be having optical image stabilization but you still get HTC's ImageChip 2 and a BSI sensor of 1/3" size.

The One mini is able to shoot 1080p video with HDR and LED Flash. It's also features HTC Zoe as well along with slow motion video recording with variable speed playback. There's a 1.6 MP front-facing shooter  and sports a BSI sensor that can shoot 720p videos.
