This time it's official, LG Malaysia has officially launched the Optimus G Pro for RM 1,888. The Optimus G Pro is currently the largest Full HD display smartphone before the Xperia Z Ultra arrived.
The Optimus G Pro has a 5.5" True Full HD IPS Plus LCD display and it is powered by 1.7 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 CPU with 2 GB of RAM. It seems that LG Malaysia is ready to compete it with other high-end smartphone but with lower price.
The LG Optimus G Pro was previously announced on MWC 2013 earlier this year, it is LG latest flagship device and runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean with LG UI 3.0. The Optimus G Pro has a 13 MP camera at the back and 2.1 MP front camera. The camera features Dual Video Recording which you found on the Galaxy S4 though LG launched this feature first. It has a 16 GB internal storage with support for 64 GB microSD cards.
To overcome the powerful processor and huge high resolution display, the Optimus G Pro packs 3,140 mAh battery and it is also support wireless charging with any third-party Qi-standard wireless charging docks. The Optimus G Pro comes with a lot of features such as QMemo, QSlide, QTranslate, VR Panorama, Smart Video, Smart Screen and more. The QRemote app utilizes the built-in IR blaster that allows it to be used as a remote control for TVs, entertainment systems, and even some air conditioners.
