Samsung has recently rolled out the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update to the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S III users, the next device that would receive the update is Galaxy Note II for sure. It seems the Galaxy Note II will no longer stuck at Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean as Samsung's service centers already have access to the update, an user from India has updated his Galaxy Note II from a local service center.

The build number of the firmware is N7100XXUEMJ9, while the build date is 31st of October, showing that the final version of the update that will roll out officially.

However, the user did not state that what changes and new features are in the update, but you can expect the same changes as the Galaxy S III and some S Pen new features that found on the Galaxy Note 3.

It looks like the first major update for the Galaxy Note II is coming soon, maybe user can head to the nearest service center give a try, but don't expect too much as it may just a mistake that Samsung has made.
