LG now rolling out Android 4.4 KitKat update to the G2

LG has finally rolled out the Android 4.4 KitKat update to their flagship - LG G2. The update is now available to Korean LG G2 users, while the rest of the country still need to wait for it.

It seems that LG will be skipping the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update and move straight to the Android 4.4 KitKat update. Currently the device that confirmed will get the Android KitKat update is only the G2, while other LG ex-flagships are still waiting for the confirmation from LG.

The Android 4.4 KitKat update does bring some improvements including ART runtime for smoother user experience.

No word on when will LG bring the G2 to Malaysian markets, we guess it will coming Malaysia next year alongside with the Nexus 5.
