LG was not doing great job on firmware update recently, but it seems that LG may update some of the devices will be getting the Android 4.4 KitKat treatment by skipping Android 4.3 update.
If the info is real from PhoneArena, then the following devices will be getting the Android 4.4 update:
- LG Optimus F3
- LG Optimus F6
- LG Optimus F7
- LG G Pad 8.3
- LG G Pro Lite
- LG G Flex
- LG Optimus L9 II
- LG Optimus Vu II
- LG Optimus Vu III
- LG-D315 (unannounced)
- LG LS740 (unannounced)
The report also claims that the Optimus 4X HD will be stuck at Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean due to its low-power Nvidia Tegra 3.
There's no news on older LG flagship such as the Optimus G Pro and Optimus G. The report has stated that LG won't be updating any devices to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean but just straight away move on to Android 4.4.
