HTC Desire 8 (A5) specs get leaked

HTC is said to working on a mid-range phablet and its press render has leaked few days ago. Today popular source of rumors @evleaks has just tweeted some specs details of the upcoming HTC A5 a.k.a Desire 8.

The Desire 8 will be having 1.6 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 GPU. Fortunately, the phablet will be having 1.5 GB of RAM instead of just 1 GB RAM and there will be 8 GB storage on board with microSD card slot.


The Desire 8 will be the first HTC smartphone to pack a 5 MP front-facing camera, it will be having 13 MP snapper at the back too.

Just as the rumored HTC M8, the phablet will also running on Android 4.4 KitKat with Sense 6 UI. The phablet will feature HTC BoomSound and it will be available in black, white, red, yellow and purple.

We expected to see the HTC Desire 8 at MWC 2014 in Barcelona.
