LG announces G Watch R, a full circle display Android Wear device

LG has just announced another Android Wear powered device - LG G Watch R. Unlike the G Watch, which first announced back to June, the G Watch R comes with 1.3" (320 x 320 pixels) full circle P-OLED display.

This wearable device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor at 1.2 GHz with 512 MB of RAM. Other specs are 4 GB internal storage, 410 mAh battery and 9-Axis sensors (Gyro/ Accelerometer/ Compass), Barometer, PPG (Heart Rate Monitor).

The LG G Watch R is IP67 dust and water-resistant. It is available in black.

The LG G Watch R will be available in key markets early in the fourth quarter of 2014. Prices and details of availability will be announced locally at the time of launch. LG will showcase it at IFA 2014 on 5th to 10th September in Berlin.
