Oppo Malaysia encourages consumers to report counterfeit products in the market

It's not surprising to see counterfeit products selling everywhere in the market, however it seems that more and more consumers have been scammed with those counterfeit products. This happened to Oppo Malaysia, there are 644 cases of counterfeit products have been reported to Oppo Malaysia HQ, where Oppo found out there are counterfeiters illegally selling Oppo products to consumers.


This issue has been raised where there are spoiled phones sent to Oppo service center including the Find 7 and N3 as well, which just available in the market. This is one of the serious cases since Oppo came to Malaysia. This issue not only rips off the consumer and provides shoddy products, and Oppo truly cannot accept any cheating cases to their customers.

Oppo Malaysia would like to encourage consumers to report counterfeit products and website selling them, and to raise the awareness with others because counterfeiting crimes result in many victims. Oppo customers should only visit official authorized Oppo shops with Authorised Dealers board as below:
