Sony Xperia Z Ultra has just officially launched in Malaysia a couple of days ago, and just as our first hands-on last week, we have said that the Xperia Z Ultra currently not having X-Reality technology and the same UI as seen on announcement day. Sony has said that they will update it by taking 4-5 weeks time.
As you know, the Xperia Z Ultra that currently available in Malaysia is HSPA+ version (C6802). Sony will be providing an update in early of September that including X-Reality technology and the UI may also be changed after the update.
The LTE variant of Xperia Z Ultra is said to be arriving Malaysia in September, the LTE variant will come with X-Reality technology and the new UI that as seen on announcement. So don't get concerned and enjoy your handset as they are many people around the world still need to wait for 6 weeks before they get hands-on.
