Nokia Lumia 1020 available in Malaysia for RM 2,499 starting from 27th of September

Nokia Malaysia has just announced that the Lumia 1020 will be available in Malaysia  for RM 2,499 starting from 27th of September. The 41 MP camera powered Windows Phone 8 device will be available in yellow, black and white. If you purchase the Lumia 1020, you will get a free camera grip in black (with 1020mAh built-in rechargeable battery).



The Lumia 1020 is a powerful Windows Phone 8 device. The selling point of the Lumia 1020 was its 41 MP PureView camera with OIS on the back.

 Nokia Lumia 1020 is powered by 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor but with 2 GB of RAM, which is the only Windows Phone 8 device that has it. Other specs include a 4.5" AMOLED display with 768 x 1280 resolution, 32 GB internal storage and the 2,000 mAh battery.

I'd certainly buy the Nokia Lumia 1020 if the pricing is right. Unfortunately, Nokia has a tendency to overprice their products so I'm pretty sure they are going to price the Lumia 1020 higher than expected.
