Allegedly Samsung Galaxy S5 model appears on AnTuTu benchmark

As we are closer to the rumored date of Galaxy S5 unveiling at MWC 2014, it seems that the upcoming Samsung flagship device has appeared on AnTuTu benchmark.

Although there's no mentioned that the device is the Galaxy S5, but the 16 MP camera does hint that it is Galaxy S5.

According to AnTuTu benchmark, the Galaxy S5 will be having a Full HD (1080 x 1920 pixel) display instead of the QHD (1440 x 2560 pixel) display as rumors said. Also, the device is powered by Snapdragon 800 SoC with Adreno 330 GPU, which should be a Snapdragon 805 SoC.

The device is also said having a 2 GB of RAM instead of 3 GB of RAM, which found on Galaxy Note 3. It seems that the specs of the device are quite different from earlier rumors.

However the device scored 35,666, which is higher than the Galaxy Note 3. However, the device reportedly running Android 4.4 KitKat as shown on the AnTuTu benchmark and also the status bar is similar to the Android 4.4.

We can't confirmed that it is Galaxy S5, but we can say that the Galaxy S5 will come with better specs and  revamped TouchWiz UI.
